Lantliv-Anna uppmärksammade Yvestowns underbara Ikeahack med bokhyllan Expedit. Maken hackar gärna i Ikeaprodukter; kapar bokhyllor, måttanpassar och håller på. Till exempel hade vi en TV-bänk som var för hög när vi flyttade ner den till källaren, plus att vi gärna ville att den skulle passa i stil med bänken Niva som vi också har nere i källaren. Han kapade ner den, spraylackade botten och sidor samt laserade den övre skivan i svart. Så här blev det!

MM-FFM: The blackbrown top is painted with a semitransparent black glazing paint (lasur in german) called BEHANDLA, bought from IKEA.

Not sure how many coatings, but I think we had to put on three.
For the bottom half we just used a glossy white spray paint of which I do not remember the brand.
But first we used a sandpaper to get a rough surface for the paint.
